METHOD:

  1. Smash garbanzo beans over warmed tortilla.
  2. Sprinkle hemp hearts, nutritional yeast, sea salt and black pepper over the beans. Use a fork and run across the beans to mix together. Add avocado if desired. 
  3. Sprinkle with shredded carrots.
  4. Layer with salad greens.
  5. Roll up + cut in half.
  6. Enjoy!
