This Golden Milk recipe is great to make for a fat burning, restful sleep bedtime ritual! 

INGREDIENTS:
1 teaspoon organic turmeric
1/2 teaspoon organic black pepper

1/4 cup clean water
1 cup organic full fat coconut milk

1 tablespoon organic coconut sugar, pure maple syrup OR raw honey

Optional:

1/2 teaspoon organic ginger powder

1/2 teaspoon organic cinnamon powder

1 teaspoon organic cacao powder (to make a hot chocolate Golden Milk) 

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a non-toxic pan and simmer over a low heat 
  2. Add the coconut milk + stir until heated thoroughly.
  3. Pour into a mug + and enjoy!
