This Golden Milk recipe is great to make for a fat burning, restful sleep bedtime ritual! 

1 teaspoon organic tumeric
1/2 teaspoon organic black pepper

1/4 cup water
1 cup organic coconut milk


  1. Make a paste with the tumeric, black pepper + water over a low simmer. 
  2. Add the coconut milk + stir until heated thoroughly.
  3. Pour into a mug + add a 1/2 teaspoon of local, raw, unfiltered honey.
