Peppermint Bark

This Peppermint Bark is absolutely great for a gift to satisfy their sweet tooth this holiday season!

INGREDIENTS:

 

METHOD:

  1. In a double boiler melt chocolate over low heat. (Can also use a stainless steel pan but be sure to keep a close on it so it does not burn.)
  2. Lay wax paper on a 9x13 baking sheet and pour melted dark chocolate on it.
  3. Unwrap candy canes and chop in a food processor. Or get a hammer!
  4. Sprinkle candy canes over dark chocolate. Place in refrigerator for at least 12 hours.
  5. Remove and break into pieces (“bark”).
  6. Package in small bags and tie with ribbon and a custom label.
