Summer is here and what better way to celebrate it with a fruit shake? I have been making one daily.

Get a little ice, water, protein or whey powder, fruit (try blackberries, peaches, strawberries, cherries, or bananas), a little low fat yogurt (try greek yogurt or make sure it does NOT have HFCS!), put in blender.

Turn on. Blend. Pour in tall glass.
