I'M TOO OLD TO EXERCISE

You are never too old to get started. Exercise is the closest thing we have to the fountain of youth. Your energy level will increase, it will help you lose weight; reduce stress, allow you to have a better quality of life. Exercise is the best medicine!

I'M TOO TIRED TO EXERCISE

The more physical inactive you are, the more tired you become. Regular exercise increases your energy level. Plus, it tends to make you fall asleep faster and sleep better feeling well rested the next day.

I'M YOUNG AND HEALTHY. I DON'T NEED TO EXERCISE.

Remember we all age. If you are not exercise on a regular basis best believe that it will come back and haunt you in later years, so do your body good now. If you are active with regular exercises, you will maintain your muscles keeping your metabolism level and allow you to remain strong to do many physical activities even when you get older.

EXERISE IS BORING

Find something that you enjoy like walking, basketball, tennis, swimming, cycling, hiking, gardening, jumping rope etc.... Do it on the regular.
