How to Keep Fit During the Holiday's

#1) Workout at the airport! Walk, plank, pushups, downdog,

#2) Workout first thing in the morning! At the end of the day it is a lot harder to be motivated to get your sweat on!

#3) When traveling to family & friends visit gyms and/or yoga studios.

#4) Start a holiday accountability fitness group.

#5) Make 2013 goals now.

#6) Remember the hard work from the past 10 months!
