Today is the first day of #ProjectCheer!!! Are you as excited as I am? I reallllllly hope so! If you have been living in a snow cave, then let me explain what 25 Days of Cheer is all about.

Mission: To do one simple thing each day for someone, live a healthier life and spread cheer. [Full blurb here].

So for the next 25 days, you will be given practical ways to spread cheer, perhaps a way to live healthier or just slooooow down. I have a wonderful series of guest writers all lined up to inspire (d-oh) you! (See list below).

Day 1: Take travel size toiletries to a homeless shelter, food bank or soup kitchen.

Yup. That's it. I'm sure you have plenty of little bottles floating around. Scoop them up and take them to people that need them! Spread the cheer!
